Your Appointment

Advance bookings are always recommended to guarantee your preferred treatment and time. To ensure your time with us is pleasurable and as seamless as possible, we kindly request you indicate any information necessary in order for your practitioner to get to you in a timely manner. This includes parking information and house location. 

Your Practitioner

At Amala, we are committed to ensuring your wellness experience meets your expectations. While we make every effort to align clients with their preferred practitioners, especially when scheduled in advance, we acknowledge that due to high demand and unforeseen circumstances, this may not always be possible on short notice. Rest assured, our dedicated team will strive to provide you with the best available practitioner to ensure a fulfilling and rejuvenating experience.

Your Contract

You agree to read and sign the contract that has been emailed to you upon booking. If you have not received this, please contact us at info@amalarevelstoke.com.

Cancellation

We understand that your plans may change. Please inform Amala if you wish to cancel your treatment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Notifications received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur 100% cancellation charge. No-shows will incur full cost of the treatment.

Please acknowledge that the terms and conditions outlined in these agreements are subject to change. Any continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms. It is the responsibility of the client to stay informed about any changes. This provision applies to all future appointments and services.
