Cupping uses negative pressure to lift sticky soft tissues and scar tissues that other manual techniques can't quite get to. Deep Tissue Massage

Our most popular service available. Also known as a sports massage, deep tissue massage makes a big difference for many clients and is provided with the highest level of excellence & experience. With this service, we take into consideration your activity, movement patterns, wants & needs in relation to how your body moves and functions. By using a combination of lengthening, friction, cross fibre strokes and passive stretching, your treatment is guaranteed to give your muscles exactly what they are after!
Relaxation Massage

Unwind & feel rejuvenated after a this in-house massage experience that you will be telling your friends about for years! By incorporating essential oils into a full body, ultimate relaxation massage, you get to take some time for yourself & hide away for an hour or more and come out with the highest level of Zen.
Private Yoga

Need some mobility? Need more balance or strength? Yoga is a very personal & specific practice. Alongside a qualified Yoga Teacher, you will be guided through personally tailored flows (with the option of hands on adjustments) which will leave you feeling relaxed, mobile & strong. Allow yourself to relax and recharge in the comfort of your own space, with the choice of Hatha or Vinyasa flow.
