Our story

That’s where Amala began.

In 2019, founder Amy, who is a massage practitioner and yoga teacher living in Revelstoke, noticed how many of her clients were craving recovery but struggling to fit it in. Parents, professionals, and weekend warriors alike needed a way to restore their bodies without sacrificing their time. So she flipped the model: instead of you going to wellness, wellness would come to you.

Today, Amala is Revelstoke’s highest-rated mobile wellness service, offering massage, yoga, Pilates, and personal training in the comfort of your home or vacation rental. Whether it’s deep tissue before ski season, a couples massage after a long week, or private yoga with friends, our team brings everything you need to feel your best - straight to your door. Because self care shouldn’t feel like a chore. It should feel like finally having the time to breathe.
